Pour it out: a support group for moms

What is Pour it Out?

It is a small group of women from Vancouver, Camas, Battleground and other surrounding areas, that join forces to navigate the wonderful and crazy world of motherhood.  During this once a month group (check the events calendar for exact dates)  moms will spend 60 minutes together, creating a inner circle of other moms to support them.

What should I Expect?

Each month maybe slightly different,  the foundation will remain the same. While enjoying  a cup of Tea and light snacks, moms will chit chat, discuss  coping skills that work for them, share positive parenting tips, or just enjoy being with other adults.

How do I get involved?

Everyone is welcome.  The cost of the group is $15 per session.  Children under 2 are welcome.

Register for this group by emailing better@intouchcounseling.com  Include in the subject  line Pour it Out.  In the body of the email include your name and a cell phone number.
